The Organisers of The Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials provide a range of facilities for visitors to make their visit as pleasant as possible.
Facilities include a wide choice of public catering outlets and bars, shuttle transfers from the car park to the main arena, shopping parcel drop provision and of course lots of toilets!
Catering facilities - There is a wide choice of catering choices throughout the event site to suit all tastes, from three-course silver service dining in corporate hospitality to sandwich outlets and mobile catering units.
Shopping facilities - The tradestand village at Blenheim has over 175 outlets selling a wide and interesting variety of high-quality products and services, and the shop and drop facility at the site manager's office, means you do not have to carry heavy bags around all day!
Disabled facilities - There are limited disabled parking areas provided for holders of disabled car passes who prebook tickets ( see ticket information). Admission charges apply to disabled visitors but a complimentary carer's pass can be provided with each disabled booking for registered carers. Disabled toilets are located near the disabled parking areas and near the main arena,
Children - Children 12 years and under can enter the event for free when accompanied by an adult . However, grandstand seats should be booked for all those over 2 years of age who require a seat to observe either dressage or show jumping.
Dogs - Dogs are welcome at the Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials as long as they are well-behaved, kept on a lead and their owners clean up any mess made. James Well Beloved have a sponsored creche where dogs may be left for a couple fo hours for a donation to Hearing Dogs . Please note dogs are NOT allowed into the grandstand area or into any catering area.
Smoking is not permitted within the Grandstand area.
